The Controller works closely with executive management and department leaders to ensure that the business aspects of operations, administration and ministry are aligned with the strategic vision and goals. The Controller will oversee projects, analyze financial matters related to the business, maximize return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems.
The Director of Marketing and Communications is responsible for the marketing and corporate communications strategic plan, and implementation of related initiatives. The Director will expand the brand and distribution channels, manage all digital marketing channels, and provide quality control for internal and external communications. Provide leadership and oversight to the website team, communications team, graphic designers and volunteers. Provide guidance to managers and ministry leaders on best practices.
Responsible for crowd management by anticipating and reacting to diverse situations, assisting
attendees, minimizing distractions, and providing directions. Crowd Control Specialists (CCS) are highly
visible staff members.
