    The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for talent acquisition activities for exempt and non-exempt level hires. Essential job responsibilities are:

    Responsibilities

    • Manage talent acquisition activities.
    • Design talent acquisition plans to secure the best talent.
    • Work with line managers at all levels and assist them in developing plans to secure talent for their open positions.
    • Manage external partners in the talent acquisition process.
    • Build relationships with internal and external sources.
    • Collaborate with internal HR partners to develop strategies to manage current and future headcount.
    • Develop compensation offers based on current employee data and market trends.
    • Experience using and understanding talent acquisition metrics and the ability to implement strategies to improve results.
    • Manage recruiting projects supporting General/Administration, HR, IT, Finance, Research, and Regulatory Departments.
    • Deliver top talent to company based on the needs of the business.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in recruiting.
    • Pharmaceutical experience in HR function required.
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting/Finance or related field; advanced degree a plus.
    • Excellent communication skills with an ability to lead and partner with a dynamic leadership team.
    • Project management skills.
    • Tech savvy; ability to learn internal recruiting systems and technology platforms.

     

     This is a temporary, full time, position with duration of six months to one year.
